• Willing to undergo an objective and truthful assessment of their leadership capabilities.
• Willing to undergo an objective and truthful assessment of their organization's strengths and weakenesses.
• Interested in expert opinions on the future of their market and the impact of the economy and technology on their industry.
• Willing to be assigned to one of three different groups and to follow the program assigned to that group.
• Willing to allow researchers to conduct follow up interviews at the end of the year-long program.
